Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Packages

- Provide photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the resolution process.

- International Shipping: Available to select locations.
- Non-Serviceable Addresses: We cannot deliver to restricted areas.
- Customs and Duties: All customs fees, import taxes, and duties are included in the shipping cost.
- Installation & Assembly: PeakForm does not provide installation, assembly, or physical delivery to residences or businesses.

30-Day Return Policy
PeakForm offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
- All original tags, instructions, and inserts must be included.
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, follow these steps:

- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos or videos of the item, if applicable. - Approval: Once approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions.
- Packaging: Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit. Include:
- The original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Your order number, product ID or name, and quantity.
- A brief description of the issue with the product. - Shipping: Ship the item to the provided address using your preferred shipping method.
- Tracking Information: Share the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt with PeakForm.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Items: PeakForm will cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged, mis-shipped, or lost orders if return shipping is required
- Change of Mind: For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs, including any customs fees or duties.
Note:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.
- PeakForm is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Refund Process
Once PeakForm receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Due to shipping, inspection, and banking processes, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
Rejections:

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on PeakForm’s part.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected timeframe:

Exchanges
PeakForm offers exchanges for defective or damaged items:
1. Follow the return process outlined above.
2. Specify the replacement item, including size and color preferences.
3. Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped.
Note: If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items that have been used, assembled, or altered.
- Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
Damaged or Defective Products
On Delivery:
Inspect your item for damage before signing for the package. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, ensure the driver notes the damage, and contact PeakForm Customer Service immediately.
Concealed Damage:
If you discover damage after delivery:
- Contact PeakForm Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging. - Save all packaging and boxes.
- Do not dispose of the damaged item until instructed by PeakForm.
